Hello! My name is Shelly Swink, and I am thrilled to welcome you to Band at Platte Purchase Middle School! I have known that I wanted to teach Band since 6th Grade at Waynesville Schools, where I grew up. I have a K-12 Instrumental Music Degree from Central Methodist University, where I was apart of SAI and NAfME music organizations. I am eager to share my passion with students, and in building learners of tomorrow! I absolutely love teaching band!
