Hello! My name is Aubrianna McKee and I will be teaching 6th grade English Language Arts at Platte Purchase Middle School. I grew up in Liberty, MO and graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, IA with my B.S. in Secondary Education with English Language Arts. I am currently pursuing my M.A. in Library Science and Information Services through the University of Central Missouri. I have a passion for English in all its forms. I am an avid reader and cannot wait to motivate my students through language arts in the classroom. I am enthusiastic about teaching in middle school as I had wonderful past experiences that made it all so exciting! In my free time, you can usually find me spending time with family and friends, browsing new bookstores, or working on a new craft project. I am incredibly excited to be a part of the Platte Purchase Family!
